The underground restaurant, from the base of the slope has 60 places and can be considered the second restaurant of the Base. It is especially used during winter and at any time necessary during the other periods of the year.
The terrace and gazebo are the `outdoor restaurants` of the Base resort. These comprise over 80 seats and offer tourists the joy of tasting and enjoying food, surrounded by spectacular views.
The restaurant from elevation 1000 was built in a rustic style that is specific to the entire location. It has a capacity of over 120 places inside, situated both on the lower side and the upper side. The Romanian cuisine is harnessed at its full potential here, the entire menu being dominated by dishes such as:
♦ Layered polenta with cheese and sour cream ● cabbage rolls with smoked pork knuckle ● aspic ● traditional cracklings paste ● traditional pork dish ● whole pork knuckle with beans ● roast suckling pig
♦ Rustic platters: ”Traditional platter from Maramureș`, `Shepherd’s Bites`, `Travelers` Feast`.

Not to mention the magic potion that is the `horinca de Maramu’` and the wine served in pitchers, enjoyed along with traditional Maramureș music; these are `ingredients` that make you feel like you are truly a treasured guest.
From spring to autumn, even in wintertime, at the Elevation 1000, guests can enjoy their meals outdoor on the two heated terraces. The one near the restaurant has 40 available seats and the second one – the so called `floating terrace` has over 60 seats and `furrows` the lake, offering the tourists who choose to eat here, the joy of admiring the unique landscape and the spectacle offered by the various species of fish from the lake.
At the underground floor of the restaurant there is another restaurant with 100 seats available.
We have given it a generic name, `Apres Ski Bar`, as it is used mostly during winter. Decorated with Blidari stone, it is the place where skiers exhausted from the slopes can rest, while drinking some wine or a hot `țuică` and can eat fast-food dishes; it all comes together in a friendly ambiance, in harmony with the warm style of the place.
During the entire ski season, every Saturday night we organize parties for skiers near the winter park, at the open terrace; built in Maramureș style, it has approximately 100 seats. Considering the beauty and the serenity of the place, we also organize events and festive dinners during summer.
